It has initiated the largest and most ambitious real estate project ever realized on the island of Lanzarote.

Owning 9 million square meters of land in the area of Playa Blanca in the southern part of the island, Hipoclub started its project with the residential complex of "Faro Park", (with five phases) and continued with the complex "La Goleta", the 6th phase, which was delivered in July of 2004. "La Carabela", the 7th phase, was delivered in July of 2005, while the 8th phase, "Aguamarina", was delivered from the end of 2005. Parallel to these developments, there is a special project of detached villas which overlook the bay of Playa Blanca Bay. It is the phase called "Bellavista", an exclusive complex of only 16 villas situated on the East side of Montaña Roja.
